Laser Book 247 Login
This page explains how to log in to your Laserbook (Laser Book 247) ID, what to do if the login fails, and how to get an ID if you do not have one yet.
How to log in
- Open the Laser Book 247 site or app on your phone or desktop.
- Enter the username and password that the Laserbook team sent you on WhatsApp when your ID was created.
- Tap Login. On first login, change the password from the account settings and keep it private.

Laserbook login problems and fixes
Wrong password
Passwords are case-sensitive. Copy it exactly from the WhatsApp message. If it still fails, message the same WhatsApp number and ask for a reset; the team verifies you and sends a new password in the chat.
ID blocked or inactive
IDs can be paused after long inactivity or repeated failed logins. Contact the team on WhatsApp and it is reactivated after a quick check.
Page not loading
Clear your browser cache, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or try another browser. The exchange works best in Chrome and Safari.
Forgot which number you used
Search your WhatsApp chats for “Laserbook” or “Laser Book 247”. Your ID was sent in that chat. If you cannot find it, message us and share the mobile number you registered with.

- Only log in on the site or app link the team shared with you. Fake “laser book login” pages exist and steal passwords.
